Relaxing Flute Music

August 19, 201918 Comments

My fascination with astrotheology has inpsired some of the relaxing flute music I have been writing lately. Seems completely logical to me that we are not alone in this vast universe.
Some claim we are a star race decended from the Pleiades from thousands of years ago. It’s a tantalising idea….
What ever the case, I think there is much more to the official evolution story we’ve all been told since childhood.
As the saying goes: we’re all made from star dust’.
Introducing my official ‘film clip’ for ‘From Where We Come’ for flute and orchestra. Feel free to comment below and let me know what you think!

I like the idea that we are descendants from outer space aliens, and I even love your music here! Do you compose the song by yourself? What do you have in mind when playing the flute? Is it available in Spotify? I love hearing relaxing instrumental music from that platform, and yours definitely will be in my favorite track 🙂

Hi Alblue, Yes I did compose the piece myself. It’s not yet available on spotify, but it can be downloaded. I need to get onto spotify, just have not got around to it yet plus want to have a few more things composed before I start uploading to spotify. Thanks for listening!

A quality recording and a fascinating Idea around it. Feels like watching a A grade movie listening to this. Such a relaxing, empowering tune. Cant wait to have my whole album, and to adjust my alarm clock playing these tunes.

Have you played in a musical academy? Or have you done music for the hollywood films?

Hi Mandrew5, yes I have played in a music academy (Australian National Academy Of Music) plus completed a Bachelor of Music. I have not written anything for Hollywood films, however I love cinematic music so this piece was definitely inspired by Hollywood soundtracks. Thanks for stopping by! Love that you want to wake up to my music! 🙂

Thank you very much Liz that was great! I put it on full screen and watched and listened the whole video. Yeah it’s great I like how you put the outer space in the background and had the live flute playing at the same time. All the different images of outer space are really inspiring and help to bring about the feeling that there are other life-forms out there besides us humans and other species on Earth.

And as always your music is really great There is like a unique sound to your music that is nice because it’s like I’m listening to something that I haven’t heard before. I appreciate all your creativity and I hope more people find your website.

I am together with you on that. I do believe that there are other lives in the universe that we just do not know. The universe is such a big place and we just have to wait for time and technology to find out more. Your flute music is amazing! It is very eerie in a very relaxing way, so hard to describe but I can definitely unwind to your music. It also reminds me of the lord of the rings vibes as well. I love it! Never change, keep being awesome!

    Cheers!

Listening to your music immediately brought calmness and serenity to me. I feel like delving into a deeper meaning of life. The background help a lot to mesmerize me more. You are really talented and gifted with your music. Upload more of your videos in youtube. Don’t stop composing for you truly are a star.

Thank you so much MissusB! Was really happy to hear the affect it had on you-that you feel like delving into a deeper meaning of life after listening. That was my goal when I wrote it (and also what has been fascinating me at the moment).

    Hi FluteSoundscapes,

When I was a kid, I used to be envy for my classmates who could play any instruments since my parents didn’t train me for this. Your post made me think of some friends in my childhood that often went to the studio and practiced after school.

Anyway, I love the music made for an unknown alien race and it’s a bit mysterious and relaxing at the same time. I wonder do you also make the flute music for other genres too? Could share me more because I like to hear more from you.

    Already your #1 fan,

    Matt

Hey Matt, yes I do write in other genres-but at the moment its all flute music, and my ‘theme’ at the moment is all about meditation, relaxing and being ‘soothed’. However, I have written a flute concerto, which is more in the virtuosic ‘classical’ genre, and am in the process of getting a good recording for this at the moment and also getting it professionally published. You can have a listen to it here. This was a live recording, back when it was performed a few years ago.

    Dear Liz,

There are so many confusions on our evolution, I believe we are from dust.

Nice title… “From Where We ComeThe 3 minutes and 37 seconds went like 10 seconds. Wow, amazing! When I was listening, I totally forgot about everything and immersed in your music. It was so relaxing!

Mind-Blowing performance! Hats off to you.

I am also of the opinion that we are not alone in the universe. In fact, I think it’s naïve and even pompous to think so.

You have put together some very beautiful, relaxing flute music. You have some amazing talent to be able to write music so beautifully and also play it. Is this selection part of an entire album? This would be an excellent gift for the upcoming holidays. Thanks for sharing!

I agree Shan! I think anyone who claims to know we are alone in the universe is quite closed off to possibility, or just set in a certain way of thinking.

Thanks for your kind words. Yes, I have been working on an album, and this is part of it. Thanks for listening! 🙂

Hi, I really like the music. I used to play piano, and then attempted to learn playing flute, but after my tragic accident of losing a tooth and acquiring a false denture, I gave up the flute idea. But watching video music like yours, it reminded me of that lost passion. Plus, I like to listen to relaxing music like this especially when I’m in a tough mental work like thinking of my topic to blog. Thank you for the music, and for sharing the music sheet. I’d like to try learning how to play flute again despite having a denture.

HI Gomer, I am quite sure you could still play flute with a denture. When I first learned flute, I had braces on my teeth, which definitely made it an awkward! But I did it anyway. I think you would be surprised what you can do-even without the denture-you just need your lips to play flute-not your teeth. 🙂 Thanks for listening!
