In this course, you'll learn:
-Where to get your first flute
-How to hold and blow the flute with ease
-The first five notes and their fingerings
-How to clean and care for your instrument
-How to start reading music
-How to play a few basic tunes
By the end of the course, you’ll be prepared and confident for your first face-to-face lesson, making sure you hit the ground running and save time. No waiting around for a lesson slot to become available!
After completing the free introductory flute course, contact me to enquire about current availability for either a group lesson, online lesson or 1:1 lesson.

Term dates are as follow:
Term One: 29th January-4th April
Term 2: 22nd April-4th of July
Term 3: 21st July-19th September
Term 4: 6th October-19th December
Sign up for a term of lessons!
Whether you take on group lessons or sign up for one on one lessons, each term of learning is basically a 9-10 week course where your learning pathway will be customised based on your progress.
After you can read and play at least one octave of sheet music, play a one octave scale, play in time with a basic backing track or piano accompaniment, then you can decide which direction you want to take next.
